Document Types
A legend of the different document types is available for quick access in the search results.
Different types of documents reside in the BlackBerry Technical Solution Center. You can filter searches by document types. Document type icons also provides a visual clue to help you recognize common document types quickly.
Document types include:
- Recommended Read: Recommended articles associated with your search keyword(s)
- Answer Extract: Documents containing the exact text from your search query
- Support Content: General troubleshooting and resolution support for a product or service
- Security Advisories: Critical or security updates relating to a specific product or service
- Product Documentation: User guides and related technical documentation relating to a product
- Document Page: A page within a document containing your search keyword(s)
