Although the BlackBerry Enterprise Server starts with no errors, the BlackBerry Enterprise Server messaging agent (MAGT) logs display one of the following:
For BlackBerry Enterprise Server version 4.1 to 5.0.3:

For BlackBerry Enterprise Server version 3.6 and 4.0:

- BlackBerry® Enterprise Server for Microsoft® Exchange
- BlackBerry® Enterprise Server Express for Microsoft® Exchange
- BlackBerry® Professional Software
The cdo.dll file required for wireless calendar synchronization is not present or not registered on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
Register the cdo.dll on the server hosting the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. For instructions on how to register the cdo.dll file, see article KB02937.
