After changing a BlackBerry smartphone user's mailbox ID in the Novell GroupWise system, the BlackBerry smartphone user is unable to send or receive email messages with the BlackBerry smartphone. In BlackBerry Manager, under the mailbox column, the original mailbox ID is still shown (columns can be added by accessing View > Choose Columns).
Note: If a Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) address is shown under the mailbox column instead of a mailbox ID, see KB15437.
