Antivirus exclusions for the BlackBerry Enterprise Server

If antivirus software is scanning the Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Logs\ directory, the log files can become locked. If the files are logged when BlackBerry Enterprise Server services are attempting to update these files, the updates may not succeed. Additional updates to the log files may also stop until the BlackBerry Enterprise Server services are restarted.

Enabling exclusions of the .txt and .csv files in the Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Logs\ directory will prevent any problems.
