Shared calendars or proxy calendars within the Novell GroupWise mail client do not wirelessly synchronize to the BlackBerry smartphone.
This behavior is by design. The calendar cannot be shared between multiple users. When you click the proxy button on the Novell GroupWise mail client, you enter a calendar that is not the user's calendar.
