CollapseAdditional Information

Although the issue has been corrected in BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0 SP1, updating a BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0 that is already affected to 5.0 SP1 or above will not resolve the issue. The quick-fix is the only resolution.
