After the installation of one of the BlackBerry® Instant Messaging 2.5 applications, the application icon cannot be found on the BlackBerry smartphone.

- BlackBerry Instant Messaging Application Suite 2.5
When activating a BlackBerry smartphone on a BlackBerry® Enterprise Server, an IT policy is applied on the device that may restrict applications allowed on the device.
Contact the BlackBerry Administrator and confirm if any of the following IT Policies have been implemented on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server and are currently applied to the user account's IT policy.
"Allow Public Google talk Services"
"Allow Public WLM Services"
"Allow Public Yahoo! Messenger Services"
"Allow Public IM Services"
