The BlackBerry App World server is preventing the files from being pushed down to the BlackBerry smartphone upon installation of BlackBerry AppWorld.

CollapseResolution

This is a previously reported issue that is being investigated by our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available.

CollapseWorkaround

 Clear the BlackBerry browser cache by following KB03865 and downgrade to BlackBerry AppWorld 3.1.0.56 by visiting http://www.blackberry.com/appworld on the BlackBerry smartphone.
