"MAPI_E_FAILONEPROVIDER(8004011D)" appears in the BlackBerry Enterprise Server Event Viewer or Messaging Agent logs (MAGT) when attempting calendar operations from the BlackBerry smartphone

Calendar entries on the BlackBerry® smartphone are not reconciled with the BlackBerry user's Calendar in Microsoft® Outlook.

The following error is displayed in the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server debug log:

{0x182} Server = server01, Mailbox = /o=org/ou=org_unit/cn=recipient/cn=user Description = You do not have permission to log on. [Microsoft Exchange Server Information Store - [MAPI_E_FAILONEPROVIDER(8004011D)]]

CollapseCause

The main reason this error occurs is that the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server Service Account does not have the required permissions on the target Microsoft® Exchange Server to complete the operation. Permissions for this account need to be validated if this issue is occuring.
