When attempting to restore a backup file to a replacement BlackBerry smartphone, the restore process fails.
There is a corrupt database within the backup file.
Perform a selective restore of the backup file, excluding the affected database. For instructions, see KB10339.
Also, ensure that information from the previous BlackBerry smartphone is backed up correctly. For instructions, see KB03953.
