BlackBerry Enterprise Server 4.1 SP5 to 5.0 SP2 is tested and certified with the Windows Server 2003 64-bit operating system. Earlier versions of BlackBerry Enterprise Server are not certified with Windows Server 2003 64-bit.
BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0 MR1 is tested and certified with the Windows Server 2008 64-bit operating system.

BlackBerry Enterprise Server for IBM Lotus Domino
BlackBerry Enterprise Server 4.1 SP4 to 5.0 for IBM® Lotus® Domino® can be installed on a Windows Server 2003 64-bit operating system; however, the computer hosting the associated Lotus Domino messaging server must use the 32-bit version.
Note: Microsoft® Exchange System Manager 2000 or 2003 cannot be installed on a Windows Server 2003 64-bit operating system. The only software capable of providing the Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) subsystem is the MAPI Collaboration Data Object (CDO) client available from Microsoft.
