The following error message appears on the BlackBerry smartphone during the Visual Voice Mail activation process:
Provisioning is unsuccessful. To resolve this issue, contact your wireless service provider.
The wireless service provider sends a Short Message Service (SMS) text message to the BlackBerry smartphone with Visual Voice Mail provisioning information. Provisioning might fail if the SMS text message is not received.
To resolve this issue, contact your wireless service provider.
