A BlackBerry smartphone user with an AT&T wireless service plan and a BlackBerry 9000 smartphone that is running BlackBerry Device Software 4.6 cannot see Visual Voice Mail on the BlackBerry smartphone.
The BlackBerry smartphone was not purchased from AT&T. Visual Voice Mail can only be installed on BlackBerry smartphones that are purchased from AT&T.
This issue might be caused by one of the following:
- The BlackBerry smartphone user purchased an unlocked BlackBerry smartphone.
- The BlackBerry smartphone user changed wireless service providers after purchasing the BlackBerry smartphone.
