Support for third-party applications that have been purchased or downloaded using the BlackBerry App World™ storefront is available through email messaging.
To access customer support, complete the following instructions:
- Open BlackBerry App World on the BlackBerry® PlayBook™ tablet.
- Select the application for which support is required.
- Tap Support in the upper right corner of the screen.
- The vendors support email information will be displayed.
