- BlackBerry® smartphones
The Phone Call Logs database is corrupted.
- Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager on your computer.
- Make sure the BlackBerry smartphone is connected to the computer.
- Click on Backup and Restore.
- Click on the Advanced button.
- On the right hand side under Device Databases select Phone Call Logs.
- Click the Clear button.
