Microsoft Exchange Server 4.0, 5.0, or 5.5
To view the server properties of a computer that is running Microsoft Exchange Server 4.0, 5.0, or 5.5, follow these steps:
- Start the Microsoft Exchange Administrator program.
- In the left pane, expand the objects until you locate the server object, and then click the server object.
- On the File menu, click Properties.
Microsoft Exchange 2000 or 2003
To view the server properties of a Microsoft Exchange 2000 or 2003 computer, follow these steps:
- Start the Microsoft Exchange Administrator program.
- In the left pane, expand the objects until you locate the server object.
- Right-click the server object, and then click Properties.
Microsoft Exchange 2010
To determine the Rollup that has been applied to Microsoft Exchange 2010, run the following command in the Exchange Management Shell:
GCM exsetup |%{$_.Fileversioninfo}
To determine the Microsoft Exchange version for all Microsoft Exchange Servers in the organisation:
Get-ExchangeServer | Format-Table Name, *Version*
Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 SP2:
For Update Rollup 4 v2 for Exchange Server 2010 SP2, the ProductVersion will display 14.02.0318.004
For Update Rollup 4 for Exchange Server 2010 SP2, the ProductVersion will display 14.02.0318.002
For Update Rollup 3 for Exchange Server 2010 SP2, the ProductVersion will display 14.02.0309.002
For Update Rollup 2 for Exchange Server 2010 SP2, the ProductVersion will display 14.02.0298.004
For Update Rollup 1 for Exchange Server 2010 SP2, the ProductVersion will display 14.02.0283.003
For Exchange Server 2010 SP2, the ProductVersion will display 14.2.247.5
Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 SP1:
For Update Rollup 7 v2 for Exchange Server 2010 SP1, the ProductVersion will display 14.01.0421.002
For Update Rollup 7 for Exchange Server 2010 SP1, the ProductVersion will display 14.01.0421.000
For Update Rollup 6 for Exchange Server 2010 SP1, the ProductVersion will display 14.01.0355.002
