Email reconciliation does not work after moving a BlackBerry smartphone user's mailbox to another Microsoft Exchange Server

When a BlackBerry® smartphone user's mailbox is moved from one Microsoft® Exchange server to another, email reconciliation from Microsoft® Outlook® to the BlackBerry smartphone does not work.

The Search criteria for the BlackBerryRefIDSearchFolder1_7 and BlackBerryMsgOnDeviceSearchFolder in the hidden BlackBerryhandheldinfo folder are in an incorrect state (i.e. 0x0020007 instead of 0x00000005) after the mailbox move. This is caused by an issue that Microsoft has addressed in Microsoft Exchange 2007 SP2 Rollup 3.

CollapseResolution

Install Microsoft Exchange 2007 SP2 Rollup 3 to resolve this issue. For more information, use Microsoft Knowledgebase article 978521 for further details.

Move the BlackBerry smartphone user's mailbox to another Microsoft Exchange Server.
