When synchronization settings are configured in BlackBerry® Desktop Software 6.0 to 6.0.1, the option for Microsoft® Outlook® is missing. The BlackBerry® smartphone user is trying to make the settings with a version of Microsoft® Office 2010 that uses Microsoft's Click-to-Run technology.
This is a previously reported issue that has been escalated internally to our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available.
Install a version of Microsoft Outlook that does not use the Click-to-Run technology. Purchased and trial versions of Microsoft Office include both the regular self-extracting executable version and the Click-to-Run version.
