When upgrading to BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0 SP4 for Novell GroupWise, there are a number of environmental considerations to follow to ensure that a supported configuration is maintained.
- Novell GroupWise 2012 is currently supported with BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0 SP4. For more information, review the following articles:
- BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0 SP4 for Novell GroupWise is only supported on Windows Server 2008 SP2 and higher. The 5.0 SP4 installer does not allow the upgrade to continue if any of the Servers in the database are at version 4.1 or lower - KB33168. BlackBerry Servers at version 4.0 or 4.1 should be upgraded to 5.0 SP1 before a 5.0 SP4 upgrade can be attempted. For more information, review the following articles:
