Unable to generate Enterprise Activation password from the BlackBerry Administration Service console

When attempting to Auto Generate and Email a password from the BlackBerry® Administration Service console, the interface stops responding.

Caused by: java.rmi.MarshalException: Socket timed out.  Waited 1800000 milliseconds for response while calling on InvokerLocator

         java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out

This issue is resolved in BlackBerry Enterprise Server release MR6 for 5.0 SP3.

Restart the Mailstore service and ensure it is set to a manual starting state in the services applet.
