When attempting to Auto Generate and Email a password from the BlackBerry® Administration Service console, the interface stops responding.

This issue is resolved in BlackBerry Enterprise Server release MR6 for 5.0 SP3.
CollapseWorkaround

Restart the Mailstore service and ensure it is set to a manual starting state in the services applet.
