Itineraries are not automatically being added into BlackBerry Travel.

Automatic Trip Scanning may be disabled. Automatic Trip Scanning scans your BlackBerry inbox and offers the option of automatically forwarding supported confirmation emails to BlackBerry Travel once detected.

 

CollapseResolution

To enable Automatic Trip Scanning:

  1. Open BlackBerry Travel
  2. Select the Menu button 
  3. Select Settings
  4. Scroll to Automatic Trip Scanning and ensure YES is selected next
