When attempting to pair your BlackBerry® smartphone to your BlackBerry® PlayBook™ tablet you may receive the following error Manual Pairing Failure. There was a problem setting up the Bluetooth® connection with your BlackBerry PlayBook.

If manual pairing fails to complete and your BlackBerry smartphone is active on a BlackBerry® Enterprise Server your administrator may have disabled Bluetooth pairing or all Bluetooth connectivity using an IT Policy.
Ensure your BlackBerry Enterprise Server administrator has not inadvertently enabled these IT Policies.
