When a meeting invitation is received from an external sender (outside organization), it appears on the BlackBerry smartphone as an email message and the invitation cannot be accepted.
For Office 365 users using BlackBerry Business Cloud services, it may fail to appear unless settings are enabled for Automatically process requests and responses from external senders.
Complete the following to enable the setting through the Microsoft Office 365 Outlook Web App:
Log in to the Microsoft Office 365 account.
Under Outlook (or the gear icon).
Select Options > Settings > Calendar.
Check to enable Automatically process requests and responses from external senders
