- Blackberry App World™ for BlackBerry® smartphones
Support for third-party applications that have been purchased or downloaded using the BlackBerry App World™ storefront is available through email messaging.
To access support for applications dowloaded through BlackBerry App World, complete the following instructions:
- In the BlackBerry App World application, click or touch the My World icon.
- Select the application that requires support.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Summary section.
- Click the Get Support button.
- This will open an email message pre-populated with the vendor's support email address or the link will redirect to the vendor's website for further support.
