Podcast episodes that were previously downloaded prior to upgrading BlackBerry® Podcasts for BlackBerry® smartphones and are older that the 20 newest episodes, are not listed in the channel as downloaded.

This is a previously reported issue that is being investigated by our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available.

To display all downloaded Podcast episodes:

  1. Open BlackBerry Podcasts for BlackBerry smartphones
  2. Open the podcast channel
  3. Press the menu button
  4. Select Refresh
Once the channel has refreshed, all episodes will be displayed.
