Enable auto forwarding from the BlackBerry smartphone for the BlackBerry Internet Service account

To enable auto forwarding for a Personal email address or BlackBerry® email address, complete the following steps:
  1. Access the Setup icon on the BlackBerry smartphone (the setup icon will be found on the home screen or within the application folder), select Email Accounts and then Internet Mail Account
  2. Locate the email source to enable the auto forwarding for, select it and then select Edit
  3. Scroll to Delivery Options expand the menu and locate the Auto forward field
  4. Enter the email address to forward to such as gmail.com or hotmail.com
  5. Select Save
