Complete the following steps in the below order to workaround this issue.
- Reboot the BlackBerry® smartphone (pull the battery)
- Clear the BlackBerry App World cache. See KB24714
- Refresh the App World list by navigating to My World within the App World Application, press Menu and select Refresh List
Once these steps are completed, the reinstall button should now be available.
