Unable to see all users in BlackBerry Mobile Fusion Studio from a managed domain

• BlackBerry® Enterprise Server 5.0 to 5.0 SP2

After logging into the BlackBerry® Mobile Fusion Studio, all users from a managed domain do not appear.  In the BlackBerry Mobile Fusion Studio logs the following:

BlackBerry Mobile Fusion Studio uses BlackBerry Web Services to communicate with BlackBerry® Enterprise Server.  Versions of BlackBerry Enterprise Server prior to BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0 SP3 do not come with BlackBerry Web Services and therefore are unable to communicate with BlackBerry Mobile Fusion Studio. All domains added to the BlackBerry Mobile Fusion must be at 5.0 SP3 or later.
