The Print To Go printer driver on the Windows computer creates a log file in the My Documents folder called PrintToGoLog.txt. This log file is overwritten each time the Print To Go driver is used.
The Print To Go driver on the Windows computer uses a Web Services call on port 443 to communicate with the BlackBerry Infrastructure to locate the BlackBerry PlayBook. The application then uses port 80 to transfer the file from the workstation to the PlayBook.
Remember to reboot the computer once the Print To Go printer drivers have been installed. This is a Best Practice, not necessarily a requirement.
A 408 error code is displayed on the computer when the Print To Go application can't seem to locate the PlayBook properly.
A 486 error code is displayed on the computer when the PlayBook has not properly registered itself with the BlackBerry ID Service in response to a request to retrieve the IP address of the BlackBerry PlayBook.
PrintToGoDesktop.exe Error: 0 : EXCEPTION THROWN - System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (486).
