BlackBerry Device Service is missing the option to refresh from the company directory

In the BlackBerry® Device Service web console there is no option to manually trigger a refresh of the user list from the company directory.
Unlike BlackBerry® Enterprise Server, BlackBerry Device Service has no Email component in the web console and as such has no option to manually refresh from the company directory.  This will occur automatically roughly every 24 hours.
If a user who is not listed in search results needs to be added as a BlackBerry user their Microsoft® Active Directory® user name or email address can be entered directly when creating that user in the web console.
