    The following warning appears in the BlackBerry® Mobile Voice System console:

    Some of your organization's BlackBerry MVS users cannot make or take BlackBerry MVS calls because BlackBerry MVS Server <server name> is not configured.

    CollapseCause
    The warning appears when the BlackBerry MVS Server is not configured where required as indicated by an asterisk (*) beside the fields. The Telephony Connector DID/DDI Number and No Data Coverage Number is optional. However, if the DID/DDI Number is defined but the No Data Coverage Number is not, the warning may appear on the MVS Console. This is an unnecessary warning message.

    This is a previously reported issue that is being investigated by our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available.
    CollapseWorkaround

    Ignore the unnecessary error message. There is no effect on the system functions.
