This issue is resolved in BBM Music 1.0.0.134. Upgrade to the most recent version of BBM Music within BlackBerry® App World™ storefront.
Workaround 1
Wi-Fi® Only Registration:
- Connect the BlackBerry smartphone to a Wi-Fi network connection.
- Go to Manage Connections and turn off the Mobile Network connection.
- Launch BBM Music. The Region not supported error should not occur and BBM Music should register successfully.
- Go to Manage Connections and turn the Mobile Network connection back on.
Workaround 2
SIM Pull:
- Remove the SIM card from The BlackBerry smartphone. The battery will need to be removed
- Restart the BlackBerry smartphone without the SIM card
- Launch BBM Music. The Region not supported error should not occur and BBM Music should register successfully.
- Reinsert the SIM card into the BlackBerry smartphone. BBM Music will continue to function correctly.
