Unable to take screen shot on the BlackBerry PlayBook when the Work Perimeter is unlocked

Screenshots can be taken and used for troubleshooting issues with the BlackBerry® Playbook™.  This can be done by pressing down the plus (+) and minus (-) volume keys located on the top panel of the unit either side of the Play/Pause Button simultaneously. The screenshots can be accessed via the Pictures application on the BlackBerry PlayBook and can be taken from the device using USB or Wi-Fi® file sharing.

However, if the PlayBook is using BlackBerry® Balance™ technology with a Work Perimeter, screenshots are unable to be taken if the Work Perimeter is unlocked.  The screenshot functionality has been blocked by design so that no corporate data can be copied.

If the Work Perimeter is locked then screen shots will be permitted as no access to corporate data is possible.
