Mail folders in an active account in the BlackBerry PlayBook™ native email client do not synchronize automatically.
To view mail in a folder that has not synchronized:
- Tap the folder Icon of the associated email account to display the list of folders and sub folders
- Tap the required folder to open it
- If the folder is empty, tap the refresh arrow underneath No Messages or
If the folder already contains some email, pull down on the message list to refresh.
