Mail folders in the PlayBook native mail client appear empty or out of date until refreshed manually

Mail folders in an active account in the BlackBerry PlayBook™ native email client do not synchronize automatically.

To view mail in a folder that has not synchronized:

  1. Tap the folder Icon of the associated email account to display the list of folders and sub folders
  2. Tap the required folder to open it
  3. If the folder is empty, tap the refresh arrow underneath No Messages or
    If the folder already contains some email, pull down on the message list to refresh.

Upgrade to the latest available version of the BlackBerry Tablet software.
