Error "Token has expired, please login. Error ID 50101" when logging into App World

When attempting to download an application from BlackBerry App World, the following error message appears:

Error "Token has expired, please login. Error ID 50101"

This error may also pop up when accessing the My World section within BlackBerry App world application on the smartphone.


CollapseCause

This is caused by a token mismatch. The token that exists on the BlackBerry App World portal does not match the token that exists on the BlackBerry smartphone.

This is a previously reported issue that is being investigated by our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available.
CollapseWorkaround

Uninstall the current version of App World and update to the latest version of BlackBerry App World by visiting http://www.blackberry.com/appworld/download on the BlackBerry smartphone.

Note: If the problem persists, uninstall App World then reinstall over WiFi.
