When attempting to sign into BBM on a BlackBerry 10 smartphone with an associated BlackBerry ID, the user is prompted to perform a Device Switch. When attempting to complete the switch, the following error message is displayed:
Temporary Server Error
Alternatively, when selecting to restore the BBM account from an email address the following error is displayed:
Email account invalid. There is no BBM account associated with this email address.
