BlackBerry 10 device may lose charge when connected to a non BlackBerry 10 charger

BlackBerry 10 devices may lose their charge when connected to legacy power chargers during heavy use because the device may be trying to pull more current than the charger is able to supply.  BlackBerry 10 devices require at least a 750mA charger to consistently charge the device.  Chargers supplying less than 750mA may not provide enough power to sustain a charge on the device during heavy use.

All BlackBerry branded chargers will print the amperage somewhere on the charger.  Ensure the charger displays at least an amperage of 750mA.  If a third party charger is being used and the amperage isn't listed then please contact the third party vendor to learn more about the amperage of the charger.

For best charging results always use the BlackBerry changer supplied with your BlackBerry 10 device.
