This is a previously reported issue that is being investigated by our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available.
The device will become operational after performing one of the following actions:
- Hold down the power button and choose Lock. After the device has locked, attempt to wake the BlackBerry 10 smartphone.
- Hold down the power button and choose to Restart the BlackBerry 10 smartphone. The BlackBerry 10 smartphone will be fully operational after the restart has completed.
