CollapseResolution

For BlackBerry Devices running BlackBerry 10 OS Version 10.0

  • Copy the .cer or .pem files for the CA Root certificate and all Intermediate CA certificates to the Shared\Certificates\WWW folder in the shared network folder for applications.
For BlackBerry Devices running BlackBerry 10 OS Version 10.1
  • Copy the .cer or .pem files for the CA Root certificate and all Intermediate CA certificates to the Shared\Certificates\Enterprise folder in the shared network folder for applications.

For BlackBerry Devices running BlackBerry 10 OS Version 10.2

  • Copy the .cer or .pem files for the CA Root certificate and all Intermediate CA certificates to the Shared\Certificates\WWW folder in the shared network folder for applications.

These folders are created in the share automatically when the network share is designated as the BlackBerry Administration Service shared network drive in the BlackBerry Administration Service component.

Note: To prevent the Certificate prompt, ensure that the Microsoft Active Sync server name listed in the Email Profile for BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 is included in the Subject Alternative Name list in the certificate.

CollapseWorkaround
Select Continue to trust the certificate.
