The BlackBerry Travel application associates its data with the BlackBerry ID. Existing BlackBerry Travel users who are migrating to a BlackBerry 10 smartphone will likely want to move their existing trip data to the new smartphone, however some users may want to start fresh with no previous trip data.

To start using BlackBerry Travel with existing trip data on the BlackBerry 10 smartphone:

Log in to the BlackBerry Travel application for BlackBerry 10 using the existing BlackBerry Travel username and password. During the initial login, existing BlackBerry Travel entries will be associated with the BlackBerry ID and should be visible shortly after logging in.

To start using BlackBerry Travel without previous trip data or as a first-time BlackBerry Travel user on the BlackBerry 10 smartphone:

Choose to Register as a new user.

If already using BlackBerry Travel on the BlackBerry 10 smartphone:

BlackBerry Travel will log in automatically using the BlackBerry ID associated to the BlackBerry 10 smartphone.
