How to remove the voice mail password on the BlackBerry 10 smartphone

To completely remove the voice mail password from a BlackBerry 10 smartphone, follow the below steps from the home screen:

  1. Open the Phone app.
  2. Swipe down from the top of the screen, and tap Settings.
  3. Tap Voicemail.
  4. Under the Password heading tap Change Password.
  5. Leave the password field blank and tap OK.

Note: An indication that there is no password currently set up for voice mail is the Password heading being displayed as Set Password.
