A Rediffmail.com email account cannot be integrated on the BlackBerry 10 smartphone and the following error is displayed:

Your login information for POP server [pop.rediffmail.com] has changed or is incorrect. Please check your account settings.

CollapseCause

Rediffmail offers free email accounts, but the free email account does not have POP3 access available. Due to this, the login attempt on the POP3 mail server is rejected and it cannot be added to the BlackBerry 10 smartphone.

CollapseResolution

Rediffmail offers an upgraded service which would enable POP3 access for an email address. Once POP3 access has been made available the account can then be added to the BlackBerry 10 smartphone.

Contact Rediffmail support to have POP3 access enabled.

Free Rediffmail.com accounts can still be integrated on devices that utilize the BlackBerry Internet Service.
