Calendar appointments are not displayed on the BlackBerry 10 smartphone after performing synchronization with BlackBerry Link

After performing a successful calendar synchronization with BlackBerry Link, calendar appointments do not display on the BlackBerry 10 smartphone.
This is a previously reported issue that is being investigated by our development team. A resolution is currently unavailable.

Complete the following on the BlackBerry 10 smartphone:

  1. Open the Calendar application.
  2. Swipe up from the bottom bezel to minimize the Calendar application.
  3. Press the x on the bottom of the Calendar's active frame to close it.
  4. Re-open the Calendar application.
