Caller ID shows incorrect contact information for incoming calls and calls placed from the call log go to a different phone number than intended

The Caller ID feature on the BlackBerry 10 smartphone does not display the correct contact during incoming calls. When making an outbound call by selecting a number or contact from the Phone application's call log, a different phone number is dialed.
This is a previously reported issue that is being investigated by our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available.

Workaround 1

Clear the call logs by swiping down from the top of the Phone application and selecting Clear Call Log.

Workaround 2

Warning: The following procedures will delete either all data on the BlackBerry smartphone. Back up the data prior to performing the procedure. For instructions, see your product documentation.

Perform a security wipe on the BlackBerry 10 smartphone (see KB33591) and then re-import the contact information.
