  • BlackBerry 10
  • BlackBerry 10 OS
  • Evernote

The BlackBerry 10 OS is able to integrate an Evernote account into BlackBerry Remember. By doing so, going forward, entries added to the Evernote folder in Remember on the BlackBerry 10 smartphone will wirelessly synchronize the entries to the notebook in the Evernote account and adding entries into the Evernote folder via the Evernote account on another device (PC, Mac, smartphone) will synchronize the entries to the BlackBerry 10 smartphone.

To register for an Evernote account, complete one of the following:

  • Visit www.evernote.com and click Sign Up.
  • On the BlackBerry 10 smartphone, open Settings and select Accounts > Add Account > Evernote > Create a new account.

To integrate an existing Evernote account with the Remember application on the BlackBerry 10 smartphone:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap Accounts > Add Account > Evernote.
  3. Enter the Username and Password.
  4. Tap Sign in > Authorize.
Note: The length of time to authorize the BlackBerry 10 smartphone access can be modified by tapping (change) beside the current length. The default is 1 year.

Once the account has been successfully added, the Evernote account will appear under Settings > Accounts and the green Evernote folder will be available in BlackBerry Remember.

To add an entry to Evernote using BlackBerry Remember:

  1. Open Remember.
  2. Tap the green Evernote folder with the elephant head icon and tap New Entry.
Tap New Entry and select the Evernote folder from the Folder drop-down list.
  3. Fill in the Title and Additional Notes fields.
  4. Tap Save.
CollapseAdditional Information
An Evernote app is also available for download from BlackBerry World. The Evernote app does not include the same native BlackBerry 10 integration as described above. If the Evernote account is added using the Evernote app, the entries will only be available in the Evernote app.
