IBM Notes Traveler versions prior to 126.96.36.199 IF1
On the BlackBerry 10 smartphone running BlackBerry 10 OS version 10.1.0.4xxx, updates made to a recurring meeting or calendar appointment cause the matching entry on the IBM Domino server to be corrupted.
This problem only occurs when the IBM Notes Traveler account has been activated to a version of IBM Notes Traveler server earlier than 188.8.131.52.
Calendar sequence numbers for the meeting are inadvertently reset to 1, which prevents any further updates or reschedules to the meeting by the meeting owner. Subsequent updates will be seen as being out of date, so attendees will not be able to apply these updates to their calendar.
Review the following IBM Support article for more information:
Perform the following steps:
- Upgrade the IBM Notes Traveler server to version 184.108.40.206 Interim Fix 1 or later.
- Remove the existing IBM Notes Traveler account on the device and add it back.
