CollapseOverview
When activating the iOS device or Android device to BES10 Cloud using BES10 Client, the activation fails with error 3007.
CollapseCause

Error 3007 denotes a failure to reach BCP for activation with BES10 Cloud Core services.

Generally, the error has occurred in the activation process prior to or upon reaching the BlackBerry Communication Proxy (BCP), therefore error 3007 should indicate an issue with the BES10 Client reaching the BCP, or with incorrect user input in the BES10 Client.

CollapseResolution

The following are all possible resolutions:

  • Confirm the username and password are correct.
  • Confirm the username was not created in the BES10 Cloud administration console in the format of an email address.
  • If the device is activating via a Wi-Fi connection, confirm that ports 80 and 443 are accessible to bbsecure.com.
