The following information is intended for retail support representatives who are assisting customers with troubleshooting.

Explore the customer experience

The Password Keeper application must be installed from the BlackBerry World storefront. It is not installed by default on the customer’s BlackBerry 10 smartphone.

  • Ask the customer whether the data was successfully migrated from their BlackBerry 7 or earlier smartphone.
  • Assist the customer in installing the Password Keeper application from BlackBerry World storefront.
    Note: Password Keeper must be backed up through BlackBerry Link.
