Explore the customer experience
The Password Keeper application must be installed from the BlackBerry World storefront. It is not installed by default on the customer’s BlackBerry 10 smartphone.
- Ask the customer whether the data was successfully migrated from their BlackBerry 7 or earlier smartphone.
- Assist the customer in installing the Password Keeper application from BlackBerry World storefront.
Note: Password Keeper must be backed up through BlackBerry Link.
