When attempting to log into BlackBerry ID in BlackBerry Link on a computer that has internet access, the following error is displayed:

Unable to sign into your BlackBerry ID. Confirm you are connected to the internet and try again

This is a previously reported issue that is being investigated by our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available.

This specific issue may be confirmed by reviewing the PeerManager log and looking for the following errors:

4014: [12:35:17.827935][03A9E110][4][openid_logger] - initialized BBIDProfile object
4015: [12:35:20.267074][03A9E110][1][openid_logger] - libopkele exception_network: failed to perform curly request [Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with given CA certificates]
4016: [12:35:20.267074][03A9E110][1][openid_logger] - invalid setup URL returned:

4017: [12:35:20.267074][03A9E110][1][bbid_manager] - getLoginURL failed. Error: 0x15[0:0]
4018: [12:35:20.267074][03A9E110][1][global] - handle_bbid_loginsession_request failed. Error: 0x1
