The new voice mail indicator is displayed; however, no new voice mail messages exist.
CollapseResolution
To resolve this issue, complete the following steps:
  1. Create a new voice mail.
  2. Listen to the new voice mail message, and then delete it. The new voice mail indicator should no longer be displayed.
